Telehealth and Electronic Health Records
All telehealth services at 5280 Plastic Surgery are conducted through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, Nextech. No telehealth session data is stored locally. All communications and records are securely managed within the EHR platform in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Other Permitted Disclosures
We may also disclose your PHI as required by law (e.g., subpoenas, public health reporting), to prevent or reduce a serious threat to your health or safety, or to business associates providing services to our practice (e.g., billing companies).
